Operators/Technicians

Step 1: Operator
Your career begins with orientation and an in depth training program where you’ll learn the key building blocks for how things operate. Then you’ll join a team in one of our state of the art facilities and together you will produce the complex components our customers have come to depend on.
Step 2: Utility
After honing your skills on the manufacturing floor, get formal training at the Royal University – our in-house leadership development program with curriculum designed specifically to take your career to the next level. You’ll get hands-on technical experience changing molds and materials and preparing your team to begin making new products for our customers.
Step 3: Technical Supervisor
Head back to Royal University for technical and leadership training to perfect the skills you’ve picked up since beginning as an operator. Then, you’ll take the lead on your own team, bringing together all the processes and skills you’ve learned in the bay. If you’re happy stopping here, we’re happy to have you, but some of our technicians and supervisors choose to keep continuing their education and taking jobs throughout the company’s departments.
